If you delve into the history of the feminist movement, you will find out that the first summer school on gender studies was held in 1997. One of the first street actions was organized by anarcho-feminists in 2010.
From the very morning, the participants reflected in small groups, talking about their feelings from the previous day and developing strategies for more productive communication.
